2. ONE WAY DELIVERY-$50 (only delivery and disposable plates, cutlery, serviettes and garbage bags provided)
3. 80% Deposit required upon confirmation.
4. Deposit is Non-refundable, 100% payment before the event.
5. Changes to Menu must be made at least 3 days before date of event.
6. Porcelain / Stainless Steel Dinner plates available with forks and spoons provided - $2.
7. Banana Leaves - additional 20 cents.
8. 9% GST Applicable.
9. Functions ending after 10pm, utensils will be collected the following day.
10. Waiters - $70/ waiter (4hrs Max)
11 Chefs on the spot - $200/chef (4hrs max)
12. Sauces & Papad are complimentary and not replaceable.
13. We prefer no cash payment.
14. A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 9am and clearance before 10pm.
15.Packing materials will NOT be provided as it is against SFA regulations
16. Minimum order is 30pax, if less than 30 pax will be increased surcharge in menu pricing.
17. We reserve the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
